Heather Irvine – RGN, Cert Ed, HND, BTEC, NEBS, INP, IIAA, RCN, BAPSN, BAS
Heather is a leading figure in the medical aesthetic industry. She is well respected by many of the UK’s leading cosmetic surgeons and is an expert trainer of doctors and nurses.
Heather gained her teaching qualification in Aesthetic Medicine from Huddersfield University; and was one of the first people to obtain a recognised teaching qualification in this field.
Heather is a local country ambassador for Allergan and has worked as a consultant Trainer for Q-med (the manufacturers of Restylane)
Laura Taylor- Advanced Beauty Therapist
Laura has over a decade of experience working within the skin care industry specialising in laser and advanced skin care treatments. The treatments she provides whether it be hair removal or skin resurfacing Laura is passionate about her clients receiving the best results and care possible.
Laura has a particular interest in providing skin resurfacing and working integrally with Heather to offer a tailor made program if needed.
Caroline Pollard -BSc(Hons)
Caroline qualified in 2002 with a degree in Beauty Therapy with Management at Bradford University. She set up her own aesthetic practice working closely with both Heather and consultant plastic surgeons providing skin care solutions, pre and post surgery.
Spending time with plastic surgeons in New York, concentrating on laser treatments and skin peels, gave Caroline a greater understanding of how effective proven medical skin treatments could be.
In 2004 Caroline created a centre of excellence setting up a cosmetic clinic with consultant plastic surgeon Professor David Sharpe in West Yorkshire. The Lodge specialised in cosmetic plastic surgery, aesthetic treatments and cosmetic dentistry providing a complete solution for improving facial aesthetics.
Since 2010 Caroline has been working closely with Heather again, assisting her with her renowned training academy and established clinics.

Nicola – Clinic Manager
Nicola is your first point of contact at NuSkin. She will be here to welcome you and make your experience enjoyable and relaxed. Nicola will arrange your appointments to suit you and oversee the everyday running of the clinic.
Nicola has managed Heather’s Rook Lane aesthetic practice for over 7 years, her treatment and product knowledge is unsurpassed for a non clinical team member and is always on hand to answer any questions you may have.
Nicola also assists Heather and Caroline in the course coordination and specialises in the website management and social media e commerce.
Before her management role began, Nicola was a team leader within the Legal profession.
